A real shop in Dubai, not a faceless reseller

Two things, and we keep the range deliberately small so we can stand behind all of it:

• 10 Android and Google TV boxes from AED 170, ranging from a 4K Xiaomi Mi Box up to 20K Ultra HD flagship units on Android 15 and 16. Every box arrives pre-configured, tested, and with the remote, HDMI cable and power adapter in the box.
• One annual IPTV subscription at AED 80 a year — 80,000+ live channels, 80,000+ movies and series, all sports and PPV, with catch-up TV and a full EPG. One plan, no tiers, no auto-renew.
• Most customers take both together, which is why the flagship boxes ship with a year of subscription already included.

IPTV has a reputation problem in the UAE, and it is mostly earned. Plenty of sellers take payment up front over Telegram, disappear when the stream freezes, and cannot be found again. We built the business the opposite way round.

• You pay after you see it working. Cash on delivery in Dubai, or bank transfer if you prefer. We will send a free trial before you commit to anything.
• There is a physical address. Dragon mart 1, Dubai, UAE. If something goes wrong you know where we are.
• Support is a human on WhatsApp. Not a ticket system, not a bot. Same number you ordered from, 9:00 to midnight, seven days a week.
• Warranty is handled locally. One to three years depending on the model, sorted in Dubai — no shipping a box back to a warehouse overseas.

Delivery within Dubai is typically within the hour for AED 35, including Dubai Marina, JLT, Business Bay, Downtown, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Barsha, JVC, International City and Dragon Mart. Across the rest of the UAE — Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain — orders usually arrive within 24 hours.

Subscriptions have no delivery at all: they are activated remotely and usually working within minutes of your message, wherever you are.

We sell hardware and access to a third-party streaming service. We do not produce, own or host any of the channels or films you will see on it, and we do not claim any affiliation with the broadcasters whose channels appear in the listings.

What we are responsible for is the part we control: that the box you receive is genuine and working, that your subscription is activated correctly, and that someone answers when you message. If the service is not what you expected, tell us within the trial and you pay nothing.
