Terms & Conditions

We supply two things: physical Android and Google TV boxes, and access to a third-party IPTV streaming service sold as a yearly subscription.

We are a reseller and a retailer. We do not produce, own, host or broadcast any of the channels, films or series available through the service, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the broadcasters or rights holders whose channels may appear in the listings. Channel line-ups are set by the upstream provider and can change without notice.

• There is no online checkout. An order exists once we have confirmed the item, the price and the delivery arrangement with you in writing on WhatsApp, or in person.
• Prices shown on this site are in AED and are the prices we intend to honour, but they can change — the price we confirm in your conversation is the binding one.
• Payment is cash on delivery or bank transfer. We never ask for card details, OTP codes or bank credentials, and any message that does is not from us.
• Stock is finite. If a model sells out we will offer the nearest equivalent rather than substituting it silently.

• The subscription runs for one year from the date of activation, at AED 80.
• It does not auto-renew. Nothing is charged unless you ask us to renew it, and there are no stored payment methods to charge.
• Credentials are issued for your household. Sharing or reselling them will get the line blocked by the upstream provider, and that is not refundable.
• A free trial is available before you pay. Use it — once credentials are issued and used, the subscription is not returnable (see the delivery & returns page).
• The service depends on your own internet connection. A stable broadband line of at least 15 Mbps is recommended for 4K.

You are responsible for using the service lawfully and in line with the regulations that apply where you are, including UAE telecommunications and content regulations. You may not redistribute, rebroadcast, resell, record for distribution, or make the stream publicly available in a commercial venue.

We will suspend a subscription without refund where it is being used in breach of this section.

Delivery timings, return windows and warranty terms are set out in full on the delivery & returns page, which forms part of these terms. In short: AED 35 delivery within Dubai in about an hour, 7-day free returns on boxes, and a 1–3 year local warranty depending on the model.

We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it. Streams may be interrupted by upstream provider maintenance, changes made by broadcasters, network congestion at peak times, or a fault with your own connection or hardware.

Where an outage is on our side and we cannot restore the service, we will replace the subscription or refund the unused portion of the term. That is the extent of the remedy for an outage.

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example lost time, missed events, or loss of enjoyment — arising from an interruption to the service or a fault with a device.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be limited.

The design, text, images and code of this website belong to IPTV Dubai. Product names, brands and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the hardware we sell.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
