Internet requirements on UAE networks
Both Etisalat and du fibre packages sold in the UAE comfortably exceed what IPTV needs. The entry-level home plans are typically 100–250 Mbps; 4K streaming needs around 25 Mbps and HD around 8 Mbps.
In practice the limiting factor is never the ISP, it's in-apartment Wi-Fi. UAE apartments have a lot of concrete, and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi through two internal walls is where buffering complaints come from. Use the 5GHz band, or run the LAN cable if the TV is far from the router — that solves nearly every case we're asked about.

IPTV installation and setup across the UAE
Installation is included, and for most people it is not really installation at all — the box is configured, updated, loaded with the player and tested against our servers before it leaves us, so what arrives is a device you plug into HDMI and watch.

Does IPTV work with Etisalat and du?
Yes, on both, and on building-supplied fibre. Any standard UAE home internet package is far faster than IPTV requires. If you experience buffering, it's almost always in-apartment Wi-Fi rather than the ISP — switching to the 5GHz band or a LAN cable fixes it in most cases.
